Up and Coming temp Customer Service Agent, up to 3 months

We are currently looking for a Customer Service agent to join a Tech company based in the West End. This position has hybrid working and is paying £14 hour. The role is mainly based on the phone and is temping for up to 3 months.

The role

answer customer questions by phone, email, webchat, social media or in person.

explain products, services and policies.

take orders

arrange appointments.

handle feedback and complaints.

deal with contract renewals and subscriptions
