As a Client Success Manager EMEA, you will:

  • Manage multi-workstream engagements end-to-end, coordinate with delivery resources, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables and outputs and proactively working to drive value for the client
  • Work across the clients technical, operational & executive staff, managing day-to-day interactions and establishing strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Align to the client’s strategic goals, working to drive value through the successful execution of Anglepoint’s ITAM managed services
  • Manage client expectations and requests in accordance with project parameters and SOW
  • Address all client communications in a timely & professional manner
  • Create and generate client reference such as case study material on a regular basis
  • Prepare Quarterly Service Reviews (QSR) with client stakeholder & Steering Committee groups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytic outputs in support of client projects using a range of tools and data
  • Identify and collaborate with account management teams on opportunities for expanded services with client
  • Collaborate with Sales teams for proactive planning for account renewals
  • Champion the adoption of AI driven solutions to enhance client success delivery and operational effectiveness

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Results-oriented and success-driven ITAM professional with 6+ years of experience & exceptional customer relationship and project management skills
  • Proven expertise in IT Asset Management, including comprehensive experience in licensing practices, program management, and client success initiatives
  • An effective communicator to all levels of leadership, including C-level, with the ability to understand and align with our client’s key business objectives and support both tactical and strategic ITAM-related discussions
  • Familiarity with SAM inventory tools (e.g., Flexera, ServiceNow, SCCM, FNMS, etc.)
  • A self-driven collaborator with the ability to understand and interpret a wide variety of data (commercial, financial, discovery, entitlement, consumption, etc.) to help clients strategise their future IT Asset Management needs & growth
  • Travel both domestically and internationally, up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more of the following certifications: CISA; CISM; CISSP; CIA; PMP; CSAM
  • Familiarity with system management and various IT management / governance frameworks such as ITIL, MOF, COBIT, etc.

What to Expect:

At Anglepoint, our hiring process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and respectful of your time. The process consists of three interview stages and does not include any case studies, assignments or tests. We prioritise timely communication and clear next steps throughout each stage.

  • Timeline: Timelines vary by role, though Talent Acquisition works to move candidates through the process as efficiently as possible
  • Interviews: Three interviews with TA, the line manager, and hiring manager
  • Format: Video interviews throughout, with an occasional in-person second-stage meeting if required
  • Communication: Feedback and updates within two business days after each stage
