Anna Maher Recruitment is recruiting a Retention & Renewals Manager for a global SaaS organisation in Sheffield. This leadership role focuses on driving customer retention, managing renewals performance, and reducing churn, while leading a customer-facing team delivering measurable customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 customer-facing staff
- Drive retention and renewals strategy to minimise churn and maximise renewals
- Manage renewal pipelines and proactive customer engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and use customer insight to improve outcomes
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Background in Retentions or Renewals is essential
- Proven experience leading customer-facing teams
- Experience within SaaS, Customer Success, Retention, Renewals, or Account Management
- Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for churn reduction and renewal performance
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Salary £45,000

- Sheffield City Centre office
