Human Resources Information System Analyst
A global technology and advanced manufacturing business is looking to appoint an HRIS Analyst to join its HR systems team in Glasgow.
The organisation is continuing to invest in its HR systems, data, reporting and process infrastructure, creating a need for someone who can help improve the way its HR technology is configured, maintained and used across the business. This is a broad HRIS role with global exposure, working closely with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Reward, HR Operations and IT.
Key duties
- Support, maintain and improve HRIS applications and related HR technology processes
- Investigate system issues, identify root causes and implement practical solutions
- Configure workflows, business processes and system functionality
- Support system upgrades, releases, testing and UAT
- Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into system improvements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics and data extracts
- Support integrations with third-party systems and vendors
- Create user documentation, process notes and training materials
- Contribute to HR transformation, automation and continuous improvement activity
You will need experience in HRIS, HR systems, HR technology, HR applications or a closely related environment. Oracle HCM Cloud experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, UKG or another enterprise HR platform would also be highly relevant.
You should have a good understanding of HR processes, data structures and system workflows, with exposure to areas such as reporting, integrations, configuration, testing or system releases. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and improve processes.

The role is based in Glasgow and requires three days per week on site.
