ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customise, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Design and implement HR workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal / Employee Center components.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Active Directory, payroll systems).
- Gather and translate HR business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related issues and defects.
- Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with HR data privacy standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT) and provide post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to continuously improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
