Workday Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business teams to gather and document business requirements related to Workday.

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Workday capabilities.

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Financials.

  • Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.~

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for Workday changes and releases.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with Workday support teams to resolve them.

  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows.

  • Provide training and support to end users on Workday functionality.
