Workday Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business teams to gather and document business requirements related to Workday.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Workday capabilities.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Financials.
- Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.~
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for Workday changes and releases.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with Workday support teams to resolve them.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end users on Workday functionality.
