We’re looking for a commercially savvy Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid advertising across multiple channels and lead a high-performing team to success.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Paid Media Manager:

• Leading the strategy, planning and delivery of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
• Managing and mentoring a small but growing team of paid media professionals
• Monitoring performance, analysing results and continuously optimising to hit ROI targets
• Collaborating with creative, content and wider marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment
• Keeping on top of digital trends and identifying new opportunities to scale activity

What We’re Looking for in our Paid Media Manager

• Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
• Proven success delivering performance-focused campaigns with strong ROI
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using platforms like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
• Excellent communication and project management skills
