The Ideal Candidate
  • Mid-Market Experience: You understand the longer sales cycles and stakeholder management required when dealing with UK mid-market firms.
  • Digital Fluency: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be able to confidently discuss SEO, AI integration, and digital strategy.
  • Self-Starter: You have your own lead generation methods and the discipline to manage your own pipeline.
  • Networked: Ideally, you already have a network of Marketing Directors, CTOs, or Heads of Digital.
