The Ideal Candidate- Mid-Market Experience: You understand the longer sales cycles and stakeholder management required when dealing with UK mid-market firms.
- Digital Fluency: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be able to confidently discuss SEO, AI integration, and digital strategy.
- Self-Starter: You have your own lead generation methods and the discipline to manage your own pipeline.
- Networked: Ideally, you already have a network of Marketing Directors, CTOs, or Heads of Digital.
- Uncapped Commission: Competitive percentage on every closed deal (both one-off projects and recurring monthly retainers).
- Full Autonomy: Work your own hours, from anywhere, with no micromanagement.
