  • Define, evolve, and enforce delivery frameworks that support scalable, consistent cloud project execution.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor KPIs, resource utilisation, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Oversee Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-centric technical activities, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Enhance service offerings across Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, identity and security, cloud governance, endpoint management, and modern networking.

Collaboration & Commercial Alignment

  • Partner with sales and pre-sales to scope cloud-based delivery models and resource requirements.
  • Champion collaboration across delivery, service, and account management functions.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimise service quality, and influence strategic direction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience delivering Azure and Microsoft 365 projects, ideally within a managed services or consultancy environment.
  • Confidence leading technical and project teams, with the ability to motivate, coach, and drive accountability.
  • Strong delivery discipline, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the drive to streamline processes and embed automation where possible.
