In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey – working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure orders, renewals, and project-related purchases flow smoothly from start to finish. Your coordination and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless, consistent experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Order Management: Handle customer orders from initiation to completion, including raising purchase orders, tracking confirmations, and updating internal systems.
  • Keep Things Moving: Coordinate activity between suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitor order progress, and provide clear updates to keep projects on track.
  • Resolve Issues with Ease: Address discrepancies, delivery queries, and other challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Support Commercial Activity: Assist with client requests, prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure all commercial information is captured correctly.
  • Manage Renewals and Licences: Oversee subscription and licence renewals, liaising with vendors to secure pricing and ensure continuity of service.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Support stock accuracy and provide general administrative support, helping the Client Services team operate at its best.

Experience Required:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Professional, confident communication when dealing with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and business systems, while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
