Salary: £60,000 - £69,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver technology-enabled outcomes using modern software engineering approaches.
• Be a mentor, role model, and technical leader within a high-performing team.
• Translate business requirements into workable technical solutions and oversee implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead solution design and own the technical integrity of delivered products.
• Guide and support team members and contractors, while nurturing junior talent.

What You'll Need

• Proven expertise in C#/.NET, ideally with full-stack capability.
• Experience leading teams that build secure, scalable distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, system design, and code review best practices.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based delivery.
• Proficiency in building REST APIs and microservice architectures.
• Strong background with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

Bonus Skills That Impress

• Delivery into cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus).
• Test automation know-how.
