What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the solution design for Workday Financials projects, including foundational data modelling
• Aligning functional, integration, and data workstreams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to finance teams to ensure business alignment
• Driving business development through demos, workshops, and technical solutioning
• Collaborating across HR and finance transformation teams to deliver end-to-end value
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to grow future leaders

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience delivering or using Workday Financials, or strong ERP/finance transformation background
• Ability to align technology with strategic business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level advisory experience
• Expertise in integration design using APIs, middleware, and legacy systems
• Proven leadership in managing onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Strong analytical, digital, and business consulting skills
