CRM Consultant - 6 months - Hybrid

Location: Chippenham

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 Days on site

Rate: £450 - £513 Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

We're on the lookout for an actively DV Cleared CRM Consultant to join a high-performing team within a leading global consultancy, working on complex, mission-critical enterprise environments.

As a key member of the Hosting and Tooling Team, you will support both operational (RUN) and project delivery activities, working closely with Consultants, Engineers, and Analysts.

What you'll be working on:

• Manage event monitoring and enterprise tooling
• Build dashboards and support system analysis
• Provide client support and contribute to projects
• Drive automation and tooling integration

Tech Stack:

BMC TrueSight Orchestration, Splunk (SPL, dashboards), Event Management, BMC Discovery, monitoring tools (Zabbix/Nagios/SolarWinds), Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Windows/Linux/AIX, SNMP.

Key Skills we're looking for:

• Event Management
• Splunk (SPL, dashboards, rules)
• Python or PowerShell Scripting
• Windows, Linux, AIX environments
• Networking and REST API knowledge
