We're looking for an experienced Lead Service Designer to join a major public sector programme, helping shape and improve complex citizen-facing services.

What you'll be doing

• Leading service design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.
• Creating service blueprints, service maps, customer journeys and future-state service visions.
• Facilitating workshops and bringing stakeholders together to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Translating research, data and operational insight into clear service recommendations.
• Working closely with researchers, product teams, architects, delivery managers and business analysts to shape service improvements.

We're looking for

• Strong service design experience within UK public sector environments .
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end service design on complex programmes.
• Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping and service vision creation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Active SC Clearance (essential).
• Valid UK passport.
