An opportunity to join a global design network, working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and design to deliver meaningful digital products and services.

The team is currently seeking a UX Designer with active UK SC Clearance to support the design and development of a Salesforce-based SaaS platform as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wireframing and screen design for a Salesforce platform
• Supporting user researchers with usability testing activities
• Working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in UX and UI (or product) design
• Experience working with SaaS platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Clear storytelling and communication skills
• Comfortable with user journey maps or E2E diagrams
• Strong collaboration and prioritisation skills
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
• GDS (Government Digital Service) experience
• Exposure to AI-driven solutions
