SC Cleared User Researcher (Central Government) Contract -

£550-600 Inside IR35 London

We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile public sector transformation programme.

Key skills and experience:

• Strong background in User Research within government UCD programmes
• Strong experience with storytelling and creating user-stories
• Experience managing or leading UCD teams
• Experience working to GDS standards and within agile teams
• Skilled in planning and conducting user research to inform service and interaction design
• Ability to map end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities, and co-create solutions with stakeholders
• Confident presenting findings and facilitating workshops to drive user-centred decision making

Key details:

• £550-600 per day (Inside IR35)
• Must hold active SC Clearance Start ASAP (2 weeks onboarding)
• London (hybrid/remote)
