£90,000 - £115,000 + car allowance + bonus

Currently working with a leading global technology consultancy who are in search of an experienced AI Security Senior Manager to join their cybersecurity practice.

Working across multiple sectors you'll be involved in supporting clients when it matters the most. You'll define AI/ML security strategies, architect secure AI systems, and lead enterprise security initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping proposals, supporting sales efforts, delivering client projects, leading teams, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the AI Security Senior Manager:

• Lead and deliver AI/ML security projects, including architecture, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement security architectures for AI/ML systems and pipelines.
• Advise clients on AI security best practices, threat mitigation, and compliance.
• Develop AI/ML security policies, standards, and reference architectures.
• Conduct threat modelling, adversarial testing, and design reviews.
• Drive business development activities and support commercial growth initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership and stay current with emerging AI security threats.
• Mentor security consultants and foster continuous learning.

Experience and Skills Required of the AI Security Senior Manager:

• Current Security Professional Certification (CISSP, CISM required).
• 7+ years cybersecurity experience with proven AI/ML security expertise.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, TOGAF, SABSA).
• Proven experience in adversarial machine learning and ethical AI governance.
• DevSecOps expertise for AI/ML pipelines and cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Driven, detail-oriented, and adept at consulting-led sales.
• Business development and commercial acumen (must have for upper end of banding).
• Ability to obtain UK SC clearance.
