We are supporting a global consulting business looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive the growth of their AWS consulting practice across the UK.
This is a new business focused role aimed at someone who understands how to sell consulting services rather than software licences or products. You'll be working with enterprise organisations, engaging senior technology and business stakeholders and helping clients shape and deliver digital transformation programmes built around AWS.
This role would suit someone coming from a consulting firm, cloud consultancy, systems integrator or technology services organisation who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities rather than managing a large portfolio of existing accounts.
The Sales Executive must have:
- Experience selling consulting or professional services with deals ranging up to £1m.
- Strong background in technology consulting sales
- Knowledge of AWS and the wider cloud ecosystem
- Proven track record generating and closing new business
- Comfortable operating within complex enterprise sales environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at C-suite level
What you'll be doing as a Sales Executive:
- Winning new consulting business across enterprise clients
- Sales experience in consulting services, with a passion for both sales and technology, ideally with AWS experience.
- Building relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior decision-makers
- Leading client discovery conversations to understand business challenges and transformation priorities
- Working closely with consulting leaders and solution specialists to shape propositions
- Developing opportunities across AWS Cloud, Data, AI, Digital and Technology Transformation
- Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to close
The Sales Executive Package:
- £90,000-£110,000 base
- Bonus
