Role: Back End Engineer - Python

Location: London Hybrid 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday)

Package: Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus + Private Medical + 8% Pension

We're looking for a Back End Engineer to join our London-based team and help build scalable, maintainable backend services that power seamless customer experiences. You'll be part of a collaborative, agile environment with a strong engineering culture and a modern tech stack.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building robust backend services using Python and AWS
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Sales
• Participating in code reviews, pair programming, and technical presentations
• Contributing to continuous improvement of Agile processes and engineering practices

What We're Looking For

• Strong Python development experience (any framework)
• Solid understanding of databases, OO design, and SOLID principles
• Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
