What You’ll Need
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business / BI Analyst in a technical environment (ideally SaaS or enterprise systems)
- Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Ability to lead discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience producing user stories, data mapping, interface specs, and reporting requirements
- Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Proven ability to balance technical constraints with business value
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience with IoT or connected devices
- Familiarity with APIs (SOAP), XML/HTML, or UX concepts
- Experience with tools such as JIRA / Confluence
