A leading global consulting organisation is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join their delivery team in Newcastle on a permanent basis
What you’ll have the opportunity to do
- Act as the link between stakeholders and delivery teams, helping shape problems, define requirements and support delivery
- Work closely with engineers, designers and testers to ensure solutions are well defined, feasible and aligned to business needs
- Support Agile ways of working through prioritisation, workshops, ceremonies and ongoing collaboration
- Help teams prepare for change, ensuring solutions are understood and ready to be adopted
About the Candidate
The right Business Analyst should have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology led environments
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and navigating changing requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence explaining technical detail in plain terms
- Experience producing clear documentation such as user stories, process flows or functional descriptions
- A logical, curious mindset with an interest in how systems, data and integrations work
- Will be S/C Clearable (5+ years continuous UK address history)
