What You Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Representative or outbound sales role
- Previous experience within software sales or technology sales is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successful outbound telephone engagement and lead generation
- Strong experience using LinkedIn and email outreach to generate opportunities
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating software solutions to prospective clients
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Resilient, motivated and target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales activity
