We’re seeking a Senior Manager-level Business Solution Architect to join a high-performing team delivering transformative managed services solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role designing, scaling, and implementing high-impact business and technology solutions.

You’ll:
- Design and propose comprehensive solutions that address complex client needs
- Lead the development of high-level operating and delivery models
- Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost-effective
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and demonstrate ROI
- Guide and mentor teams, embedding best practices across solutioning
- Shape proposals that highlight quality, differentiation, and strategic impact
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience designing outsourcing or managed services solutions
- Experience in transition and transformation planning
- Familiarity with business case development and ROI assessment
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to create client proposals with clear purpose and differentiation
- Public sector experience is advantageous
