Their Managed Services practice is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Business Solution Architect to lead the shaping of complex public sector managed service opportunities.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional technical Solution Architect position.

As a Senior Manager, you'll take ownership of qualifying and shaping strategic managed service opportunities, leading solution development from early engagement through to governance and bid submission. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders, solution architects and delivery teams to develop compelling, commercially robust solutions for public sector clients.

You'll lead solution strategy, design operating models, oversee transition approaches, interpret complex procurement documentation and present recommendations to senior governance forums.

What They're Looking For

• Significant experience designing Managed Services or Outsourcing solutions.
• Strong background in solution shaping, bid strategy, pre-sales or consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex public sector opportunities.
• Expertise in operating model design, transition planning and commercial solution development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary bid teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases and value propositions.
• Consulting background is highly desirable.
