A Leading multinational consulting company is hiring a content designer to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do:

• Create clear, easy-to-understand content for different platforms and audiences

• Lead content design work, making sure it’s user-focused and based on evidence

• Use data and user research to guide content decisions

• Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, and other teams

• Understand user journeys and improve them through effective UX writing

• Present your work to internal teams and clients

• Continuously improve content using feedback, analytics, and best practices

• Ensure all content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards

About The Candidate

The right content designer will have

• Experience in a UX Writing or Content Design role, using user-centred design principles

• Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) design principles

• A strong advocate for user-centred design

• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with tone of voice guidelines, design patterns, and style guides
