A leading professional services organisation is expanding its Defence & National Security engineering teams and is seeking DV Cleared Software Engineers to support highly sensitive, mission-critical programmes across the UK.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on secure systems of national importance, where engineering standards, reliability, and security are genuinely paramount.

The Role

You’ll be involved in the design, development, and support of secure software solutions, working within multidisciplinary teams on long-term defence programmes.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining secure, high-quality software
• Working across the full software development lifecycle
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and security specialists
• Operating in highly regulated, security-focused environments
• Contributing to systems where failure is not an option

What We’re Looking For

• Active DV clearance (essential)
• Commercial experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with one or more modern tech stacks (e.g. Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, cloud-native technologies)
• Strong understanding of secure coding and best practices
• Willingness to work on-site as required (location dependent)
