As a Data Engineer, you will work at the intersection of software engineering, analytics, and AI‐enabled consulting. This is a hands‐on role where you’ll design and build solutions using Palantir technologies, develop scalable data pipelines and workflows, and support advanced analytics and AI use cases deployed in real‐world operations.

The team is growing across multiple levels, from Junior through to Senior Manager, offering clear pathways for both technical growth and leadership development.

Your Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer, you will:

  • Translate complex client problems into effective Palantir‐based data solutions
  • Build, configure, and maintain data pipelines and operational workflows
  • Integrate, transform, and structure data for analytics and AI consumption
  • Apply strong software engineering practices to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions
  • Configure and extend Palantir platforms (e.g. Foundry, Gotham) to support operational and analytical use cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues on analytics, AI, and machine‐learning initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practice
  • Build trusted client relationships and support long‐term transformation outcomes

Key Requirements

As a Data Engineer, you should have:

  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, and TypeScript
  • Proven experience working with Palantir technologies (e.g. Foundry, Gotham) in delivery environments
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL pipelines, and workflow design
  • Experience delivering analytics‐driven or data‐intensive platforms
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
  • Excellent problem‐solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, client‐facing environments
  • Active UK Government Security Clearance (SC) and the ability to operate on secure client engagements
