Are you an experienced Delivery Manager with active SC Clearance looking to lead major technology programmes across Defence and National Security?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading technology and transformation consultancy delivering complex programmes that shape the future of digital capability across government and defence organisations.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, work directly with senior client stakeholders and play a key role in delivering large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through to successful implementation.

Please note: Applicants must already hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance. Candidates holding Developed Vetting (DV) clearance will also receive an additional DV bonus.

The Role

You'll take ownership of major technology-enabled programmes, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, governance and stakeholder management. Working across multiple workstreams, you'll provide leadership while supporting clients through complex digital and organisational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programmes

• Manage programme governance, planning, budgets and commercial performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across technical and business functions

• Oversee programme risks, dependencies and strategic decision making

• Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement across client engagements

• Support business development and growth opportunities

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading major technology or transformation programmes

• Strong commercial awareness and programme governance experience

• Excellent stakeholder management at senior leadership level

• Experience within Defence, National Security or Government environments

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex technical programmes

• Active SC Clearance is essential
