A leading UK technology and engineering consultancy is growing its cloud engineering capability and hiring multiple DevOps Engineers across several UK locations.

The Opportunity
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and improving modern cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Working alongside architects, developers, and platform teams, you’ll help deliver resilient, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing cloud infrastructure across Azure or GCP environments
- Developing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform
- Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Supporting containerised and cloud-native applications
- Working with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Driving automation, reliability, and platform optimisation
- Collaborating across engineering teams to improve DevOps maturity
What They’re Looking For
- Experience working in a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineering role
- Strong experience with Azure or GCP (AWS backgrounds less relevant)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tooling
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Understanding of CI/CD, automation, and modern DevOps practices
- Certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies are highly desirable
- Experience working in consulting, project-based, or complex enterprise environments is a strong advantage
