DevOps Engineer
Location: London, Leeds, or Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible options available)
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to join our growing team within the UK Defence sector. You will work in a multifunctional environment, collaborating across Infrastructure, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to deliver high-quality, cutting-edge solutions for mission-critical projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code: Utilize tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Cloud Platforms: Deploy and manage environments in GCP or Azure (Required).
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
- Scripting: Write and maintain scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Agile Delivery: Work effectively within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn new technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience

Security Requirements
Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be eligible for UK security clearance.
- Minimum Requirement: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
- Higher Vetting: Many roles require SC or DV clearance, typically necessitating 5–10 years of continuous UK residency.
