Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Architect / Senior End-to-End Solution Architect to lead architecture strategy and delivery within the Energy & Utilities sector. This role sits at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business transformation - shaping large-scale, cloud-enabled solutions that drive tangible impact across the industry.
As a senior leader, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the technology vision, guiding major transformation programmes, and helping shape how clients leverage Cloud, Data, and AI to modernise operations and unlock new value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver enterprise-scale architecture strategies across the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives spanning Cloud, Data, and AI technologies.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align business and technology strategies.
- Lead multidisciplinary architecture teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
- Shape sector-specific technology propositions and assets to accelerate growth.
- Oversee architecture governance, vendor selection, and solution integrity across delivery.
- Provide thought leadership, mentoring, and guidance across technical and business communities.
- Collaborate with global business and technology teams to foster innovation and cross-sector synergies.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years' experience in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally within the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale, complex technology transformations for Tier 1 clients.
- Strong grasp of Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, and automation technologies.
- Experience leading architecture through all phases - from strategy and roadmap design to execution and governance.
- Deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and the regulatory environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite leaders.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop large architecture and delivery teams.
- Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) and cloud vendor certifications desirable.
