IRIS Developer / Technical Analyst

London (Hybrid)

Inside IR35 £700-£750 per day

Initial 6-month contract

Are you an experienced IRIS developer with a strong technical background in insurance systems? We're partnering with a leading insurer on a major transformation programme and need skilled contractors to enhance and extend their IRIS platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop and configure IRIS to meet evolving business requirements.
• Work closely with underwriters, claims, finance, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support system upgrades, coinsurance functionality, and downstream reporting.
• Take ownership of development tasks across requirements gathering, coding/configuration, testing, and deployment.

What We're Looking For

• Deep hands-on experience with IRIS in an insurance environment.
• Strong technical skills in development and system configuration.
• Proven track record in the London Market or wider insurance sector.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Relevant certifications (CII, ITIL, ISEB) are a plus.
