£90,000 – £105,000 – Permanent

Currently in search of a Lead Delivery Manager to join one of the UK’s leading digital transformation consultancies supporting large-scale transformation programmes to the Public Sector.

As a leader within the delivery practice you’ll pioneer the collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and provide support across the business and clients within the UK public sector.

Experience you should have as an Delivery Manager:

• A strong public sector consulting background is required

• A leader of multiple teams and people with the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary squad

• Strong user-centred design and agile experience

• Demonstrated expereince managing budgets up to £5m

• GDS (Government Digital Service) framework experience is essential

What you’ll be doing as an Delivery Manager:

• Coach and lead teams in many different agile methods and practices

• Propose and deliver strategic, cultural and innovative change

• Ensure communities of practice are represented and function at a strategic level

• Define the recruitment processes for delivery managers and work to support the delivery community of practice.

The Package:

• £90,000 - £110,000

• Company bonus
