We are recruiting a hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer to join a delivery-focused Salesforce team working on a large, enterprise Salesforce platform used by both internal and external users.

This role blends senior-level Salesforce development with technical leadership and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership within an Agile/Scrum team
• Design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions using configuration and custom development
• Remain hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Own code quality, peer reviews, test coverage, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Lead technical decision-making, proofs of concept, and solution validation
• Support DevOps and release processes (CI/CD), ensuring clean and controlled deployments
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, testers, architects, and stakeholders
• Proactively identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and improvements

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
• Salesforce configuration and data modelling
• Omnistudio (Omniscript) and Agentforce
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD within Salesforce environments
• Comfortable working in regulated or enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills, able to document and explain technical designs clearly

• £80,000-£90,000 base
