Base Salary DOE + Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension

We’re partnering with a global change and transformation consultancy known for turning strategy into measurable commercial results. This is not a slideware firm – they design and deliver complex transformation across operating model, customer, digital, and enterprise change.

They are now looking for a senior Consulting Leader to take ownership of their Telco portfolio in the UK.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning and growing multi-million-pound Telco accounts

• Defining and executing go-to-market strategy within the sector

• Winning and delivering large transformation programmes

• Leading complex engagements across:

• Operating Model Transformation
• Enterprise Change
• Business Analysis at scale
• Programme & Portfolio Delivery
• Customer & Digital Transformation

• Building and mentoring high-performing consulting teams

• Managing margin, forecasting, and overall portfolio performance

What We Need

You will likely be:

• Partner / Managing Director / Senior Director within a consultancy

• Currently leading Telco accounts worth £5m+ annually

• Selling and delivering complex transformation programmes

You must bring:

• Deep Telecommunications sector expertise

• A strong UK Telco network

• Proven revenue growth track record

• Experience scaling teams and building capability

• Commercial ownership mindset (P&L accountability)
