I’m partnered with a global consulting firm investing heavily into their Oracle practice, currently looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Manager to join their London team.

This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud transformations, working with major enterprise clients across a range of industries. You’ll play a key role across both delivery and growth — owning programmes, shaping solutions, and building strong client relationships at a senior level.

You’ll be:

• Leading the architecture and delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud programmes
• Owning end-to-end transformation engagements across Finance functions
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Supporting sales, shaping solutions, and contributing to bids
• Building commercial models and defining delivery scope
• Mentoring and developing consultants within the team

What they’re looking for:

• Strong Oracle Cloud ERP experience (Finance-focused)
• Background in consulting and large-scale transformation delivery
• Ability to operate at Senior Manager level with client ownership
• Solid finance knowledge (qualified accountant or strong functional experience)
• Experience in areas like Order to Cash or Project Accounting is beneficial
