You will play a key role in shaping, designing, and implementing Oracle Finance Transformation programmes—helping organisations modernise their finance operations through innovative cloud‐based solutions. Working within a team of high‐performing functional consultants, you will drive value for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities of the Oracle Functional Consultant
- Deliver large‐scale Oracle Finance Transformation initiatives
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud financial solutions
- Facilitate and lead requirements gathering workshops
- Build trusted client relationships and provide expert guidance
- Support full lifecycle delivery: design → configuration → testing → deployment
- Contribute to internal capability building and practice development
Essential Skills & Experience of the Oracle Functional Consultant
- Hands‐on experience in Oracle Finance Transformation projects
- Strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud Applications
- Background in full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills of the Oracle Functional Consultant
- Oracle certifications
- Consulting experience
- Exposure to major digital or finance transformation programmes
