About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Oracle ERP projects in the public sector. You will work within a high-performing team, managing onshore and offshore resources, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workstreams within Oracle ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and develop project teams, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the delivery practice.
  • Essential Experience & Skills

    • Practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation programmes.
    • Proven ability to lead teams within data migration, testing, or project management workstreams.
    • Strong client-facing experience, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Activate, Waterfall, or Agile.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
    • UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain.
    • Ability to travel as required.

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience with data migration, ETL, validation, testing, and reconciliation.
    • Knowledge of testing methodologies and test management across multiple cycles.
    • Programme management skills including PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall, risk management, and scheduling.
    • Previous experience in a consulting environment.
    • Relevant Oracle certifications in Finance or Supply Chain.
