A global consulting organisation is seeking a SAP Delivery Lead to manage and oversee complex SAP programmes for enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep experience across the SAP landscape, ideally someone who has progressed through testing, engineering, or technical delivery roles and has a strong grasp of SAP architecture and modules.
The role
- Lead end-to-end SAP programme delivery, managing multiple workstreams
- Provide technical and functional oversight across SAP modules
- Coordinate and mentor delivery teams, ensuring best practices in delivery, quality, and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Ensure alignment of delivery with client strategy, timelines, and programme objectives
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across programmes
What we’re looking for
- Strong SAP experience across multiple modules and landscapes
- Hands-on background in SAP testing, engineering, or technical delivery
- Proven track record managing SAP programme delivery
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementation (design, build, testing, deployment, support)
