About the Role
You will join a well-established SAP SuccessFactors practice delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments.
This role sits at Manager level, with responsibility for leading functional workstreams across Employee Central and Compensation, owning design decisions and driving delivery quality from discovery through to go-live.
You are expected to operate as a subject matter expert rather than purely a configurator. You will influence solution design, manage senior client stakeholders and lead consultants across full lifecycle implementations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the functional lead for Employee Central and Compensation across delivery programmes.
- Running workshops to gather, challenge and refine business requirements.
- Translating requirements into scalable solution designs and system configuration.
- Leading design, build, test and deployment activities.
- Configuring workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, compensation templates and eligibility logic in line with best practice.
- Supporting integrations into Payroll, Finance and Talent modules.
- Overseeing data migration strategy and execution.
- Producing high-quality functional specifications and documentation.
- Leading small teams or workstreams on multi-stream transformation programmes.
This is a delivery-facing role with real client exposure. You will be expected to present confidently, challenge constructively and maintain control of your workstream.
Ideal Background
- Strong hands-on experience across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.
- Proven delivery of at least 2–3 full lifecycle EC and/or Compensation implementations.
- Experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
- Strong stakeholder management capability within enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured, scalable system solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certifications are essential.
Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
