🚨 Salesforce OMS Senior Developer | Retail / eCommerce Transformation

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce OMS Senior Developer to join a leading retail / eCommerce transformation programme.

This role will focus on the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce Order Management (OMS) capabilities across complex order lifecycles within a fast-paced, multi-squad environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance Salesforce OMS functionality including order lifecycle, fulfilment orchestration, inventory visibility, returns, and cancellations

• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers

• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations across Commerce, ERP, and WMS systems

• Support Agile delivery including user story development, sprint cycles, SIT/UAT, and production releases

• Contribute to OMS capabilities such as Order Summary, Payment flows, Fulfilment Routing, and inventory management (OCI)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on Salesforce OMS experience in retail or eCommerce environments

• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows, and integration patterns

• Experience with asynchronous processing and DevOps pipelines

• Strong understanding of OMS order lifecycle, fulfilment, and inventory processes

• Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery teams

Desirable:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and headless commerce architectures

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging ability

• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused environment
