Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: London

Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days on site

Salary: Up to £90,000

Who you’ll be working with

Join a cross-functional Agile team delivering enhancements to a large-scale Salesforce platform used by internal and external users. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

What you’ll be doing

A hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

• Lead technical delivery within a Scrum team
• Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
• Own code quality, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to architecture decisions and run POCs
• Support CI/CD, releases, and DevOps processes
• Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement

What we need from you

• Proven Salesforce technical leadership experience
• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC (Aura beneficial), integrations
• Experience with Agentforce / OmniStudio
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps (e.g. Copado)
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Platform Dev I & II)
