Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer
London (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
I’m working with a global consultancy looking to hire a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver enterprise-scale solutions across complex, multi-cloud environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the code while leading from the front, shaping technical direction, driving quality, and mentoring teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading technical delivery within Agile scrum teams
- Designing and building scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
- Hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Owning code quality: reviews, standards, and best practices
- Supporting DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Copado)
- Collaborating with product, architecture, and governance teams
What they’re looking for
- Experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer
- Strong hands-on skills in:
- Apex ,Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Integrations (APIs, external systems)
- Experience in enterprise Salesforce environments
- Solid understanding of DevOps / CI-CD in Salesforce
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. financial services) is a bonus

- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
