AI Engineer (Copilot Studio / Microsoft AI)

💰 £60k–£95k + bonus + package

📍 London / Manchester / Leeds (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a leading Microsoft consultancy scaling its Data & AI practice across the UK, hiring multiple AI Engineers to deliver real, production-grade AI solutions.

This is hands-on. Client-facing. Proper engineering.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Designing scalable solutions with Azure AI Foundry + Azure services
• Embedding AI into real business workflows (not just POCs)
• Working directly with clients across FS, Public Sector & Pharma
• Leading dev teams as you progress

What they need:

• Experience with Copilot Studio (non-negotiable for this role)
• Strong prompt engineering (optimisation, guardrails, evaluation)
• Background delivering AI / automation solutions in a client setting
• Solid engineering mindset – build, deploy, scale

Bonus: Power Platform, Azure AI (OpenAI, Functions, APIs), consulting exposure
