An internationally recognised transformation consultancy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its London-based consulting practice.

This is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering complex transformation and change initiatives for enterprise organisations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business improvement, shape requirements, and support strategic programme delivery.

The role offers significant exposure to high-profile transformation projects and would suit an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working in fast-paced consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across transformation programmes
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Produce high-quality business documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business and technical functions
• Contribute to business cases, solution assessments, and change initiatives
• Support testing, implementation, and project governance activities

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Proven experience delivering within complex transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience across Agile and traditional delivery environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred
• CBAP / BCS Business Analysis certification advantageous
