Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £65,000 - £68,000 plus 8% bonus and £4,000 travel allowance

Role Context

Our client is expanding into a set of sizeable client opportunities and needs Senior Consultant-level BA talent who can operate credibly in a consulting environment from day one. This is not a pure business analysis hire; it suits people who have developed as consultants first and have used business analysis as a core delivery capability across technology-led programmes.

The role sits at Senior Consultant level and will suit someone with around five years plus in consulting, with enough breadth to contribute across discovery, stakeholder engagement, requirements, and delivery support. The work will be varied and commercially visible, with exposure to large-scale transformation environments and senior client stakeholders. Candidates may have come through PMO, data, or project support routes, but they will need several strong BA engagements behind them and a clear technology bias in the type of work they have delivered.

The client mix is strong, with work linked to major names across regulated and infrastructure-heavy environments. The expectation is that the successful hire can work with pace, structure, and maturity, while also fitting a collaborative consulting culture where progression is faster than in a larger, more layered organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activity across technology-enabled client engagements.

- Run stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions with confidence.

- Translate business problems into clear requirements, process maps, and delivery-ready outputs.

- Support broader consulting work across discovery, analysis, and client-facing delivery.

- Contribute to high-quality engagement outcomes on complex transformation programmes.

Candidate Profile / Technical Skillset

- 5+ years in a consulting firm, ideally with a technology or transformation focus.

- Demonstrable BA experience across multiple client engagements, not just isolated project support.

- Broad consulting background, with exposure to PMO, project, data, or business consulting work.

- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

- Eligible for SC clearance, with a strong academic profile and a polished consulting presence.
