Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs within the energy and utilities sector. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategic solutions and drive digital innovation across industry-leading clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis and functional consultancy on transformation programs, helping clients achieve strategic, operational, and technology goals.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring aligned outcomes.
  • Apply full project lifecycle knowledge, with hands-on experience across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies .
  • Lead workstreams or manage small to medium-sized teams within larger programs.
  • Develop strategic, creative solutions to client problems, along with execution roadmaps to guide implementation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, including AI, ML, IoT, digital marketplaces, and ecosystem partnerships .
  • Contribute to product ownership, innovation lifecycles , and support MVP launches and roadmap development .
  • Work effectively in global delivery environments with distributed teams.

Benefits

  • £65,000 - £80,000 + bonus
