💰 Up to £200,000 + very generous performance-linked sales package
We’re looking for a Senior Director – Solution Architect / Deal Maker to lead large, complex, multi-domain technology deals across enterprise clients. This is a rare, high-profile role for someone who can combine deep solution architecture expertise with deal leadership, winning and owning projects worth £100m+ personally.
This is not a purely technical role — you’ll be driving sales strategy, client relationships, and solution delivery, acting as the single-threaded leader across infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, and application modernisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution design and deal strategy on high-value pursuits
- Engage early with CxO and senior client stakeholders to understand business and technology challenges
- Orchestrate multi-domain solution architecture across internal teams and partners
- Act as the technical sponsor and spokesperson for the solution internally and externally
- Participate in workshops, presentations, and proposal creation that differentiate your solution
- Collaborate across business units to deliver seamless, high-value technology transformations
- Apply proven delivery frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or senior consulting roles
- Proven track record of winning and leading deals over £100m in the last 2–3 years
- Deep expertise across at least three domains: Infrastructure, Cloud Modernisation, Application Modernisation, Cyber Security, Digital Workplace, or Application Development
- Comfortable leading both sales and delivery aspects of complex technology programmes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presence
- Experience in large consultancies and multi-stakeholder environments
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications preferred
